Alaa is a Senior Arabic Translator and Reviewer with over 7 years of professional experience in English-to-Arabic translation, localization, proofreading, editing, and machine translation post-editing. 

At TranslationPartner, he works on high-complexity translation and review projects across multiple industries, ensuring every deliverable meets the linguistic accuracy and cultural standards that enterprise clients expect.

Before joining TranslationPartner, Alaa built his career at leading localization companies in Cairo, progressing from Translation Specialist to Senior Translator and Reviewer, taking on increasing responsibility for quality assurance, project-level review, and domain-specific terminology management. 

His project portfolio includes work for some of the world’s most recognised organisations: Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, SAP, Cambridge, UNHCR, Citigroup, Schneider Electric, and several leading US healthcare institutions, including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Montefiore, and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. This breadth of experience across technical, legal, medical, and institutional content gives him a deep command of domain-specific Arabic terminology across a wide range of fields.

Alaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Language from Al-Azhar University and is SDL Post Editing certified, with additional specialist training in financial, software, and educational translation.
