Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed is a Team Leader and Project Manager at TranslationPartner with more than nine years of professional experience in the translation and localization industry. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in managing and coordinating multilingual projects across their full lifecycle — from initial assignment through final delivery — while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

In his current role, Ahmed leads and supports the project management team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance whenever needed. He manages communication between clients, linguists, and internal teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth project execution. He is also responsible for monitoring project workflows, reviewing deliverables, ensuring compliance with company processes and client expectations, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

His leadership style is built around proactive coordination, clear communication, and performance-driven team management — balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.

Before stepping into his leadership role, Ahmed gained hands-on technical expertise as a Localization Engineer at Bayan for Translation and Localization, where he developed strong proficiency in localization technologies, CAT tools, file engineering, and translation workflows. Earlier in his career, he also gained valuable client-facing experience promoting Microsoft Windows Phone products, where he developed his skills in customer engagement and product presentation.

Ahmed has also delivered internal training sessions and presentations, including two sessions in 2023 covering the project lifecycle and the role of CAT tools in translation workflows — reflecting his commitment to knowledge sharing and team development. He was recognized as Employee of the Year at TranslationPartner in 2020 and has completed a Microsoft-certified training program.

His project portfolio includes translation and localization projects, website and software localization, marketing and business content, Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE), Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA), multilingual content management, and DTP and file engineering coordination.

Ahmed is proficient in a wide range of industry tools, including memoQ, SDL Trados Studio, XTM Cloud, Phrase TMS, Memsource, and Smartcat, and has worked with notable clients and brands, including Microsoft.
